Model withdrawal form
This is the model withdrawal form referred to in Section 6.1 of our
Terms of Service. You do not have to use it — any clear,
unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw is enough. Complete and return this form
only if you wish to withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory 14-day period.
Note that for digital services you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has
been fully performed at your express request; see Section 6.1 of the Terms.

Email the completed form, or any equivalent unambiguous statement, to support@typenot.app. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay on a durable medium.
